Fun in the Mountains

We went to my family's cabin in Midway with some friends to go four wheeling before it gets too cold. We had so much fun.

First Tooth

Carston was so excited to lose his first tooth. I had fun pulling it out. I always loved to pull my teeth out and I guess I still have a weird fascination for it. Now I'm always asking him if he has any more loose teeth.

In other exciting teeth news, Miley finally got her first tooth at a little over 10 months. You might have to look close!

Got Ribs?

We had ribs the other night for dinner and while I was clearing the table I looked up and saw Miley licking a rib bone. The plate of bones had gotten pushed within her reach and she wasn't shy about helping herself to the leftovers. Who needs a dog!

They GROW up so FAST!

I can't believe how fast kids grow up! Carston is in first grade now. Am I that old? During the first week of school I asked him how lunch was and he said, "It was great! We had a giant chicken nugget on bread." It was funny.Carston loves soccer, riding bikes, and playing the Wii(He is the Wii champ in our family, not even Troy can beat him)

This is Carston's collection as he likes to call them. He got really into perler beads after he got some from a friend for his birthday. Carston, you are so grown up!

Dax started Preschool this week at Imagination Station.

When we went to the open house the week before preschool started, he jumped out of the car and without a second glance yelled "Bye Mom" and started running to the wrong house. It was so funny. I told him that I got to go in with him today and he just shrugged and said "Okay lets go!" He is definately not the shy one of the family.

These are Dax's angry eyes as he likes to call them. I would say they are more evil than angry. This is the look we get if he is mad at us. Oh Dax, you make us laugh so much!

Now what can I say about little sis other then she is so sweet and fun. She takes a lot from her brothers! I can't believe she is almost 1. I don't know what the song Unchanged Melody is talking about, time does not go by so slowly!
